In the ongoing series of pre-election rallies, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a public gathering in Churu, Rajasthan, on Friday, launching a scathing attack on the Congress party. Speaking at the rally, he proclaimed that the nation is at the pinnacle of development, even amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. He highlighted initiatives such as providing solid homes to the poor, particularly in the name of women. PM Modi asserted that India’s rapid progress has left the world astonished.
Taking a dig at the Congress, PM Modi stated, “When intentions are right, victories follow suit. The progress witnessed in the past ten years was unprecedented.” He emphasized that under the previous regime, the benefits of development failed to reach the grassroots level, unlike the present scenario where funds are directly transferred to the accounts of the underprivileged.
PM Modi hailed the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) commitment to the welfare of the poor, underscoring that discussions across the nation revolve around the guarantee of Modi’s leadership.
In his address, PM Modi highlighted the significant role of Rajasthan in the nation’s progress, asserting that when Rajasthan progresses, so does India.
Reiterating BJP’s commitment to its manifesto, PM Modi assured the audience that most promises made in the 2019 manifesto have been fulfilled.
Furthermore, he attributed disrespect towards the armed forces and the division of the nation to the Congress, labeling it as the party’s hallmark.
PM Modi concluded by stating that investigative agencies like the Enforcement Directorate (ED) have seized assets worth more than one lakh crore rupees in the past decade.
