Awareness campaigns should be conducted to educate people on how to protect themselves from heat and sunstroke during the summer. Names of nodal officers at the district and block levels should be made public. District magistrates should regularly provide information on heatwaves and sunstroke to the public.
Departmental Decisions for Public Welfare:
Departments such as Urban Development and Housing, Health, PHED, Education, Social Welfare, Animal and Fisheries Resources, Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Labor Resources, Transport, and Energy should work for the welfare of the public at their respective levels. This will ensure that there are no shortages of medicines or water.

According to the Meteorological Department, a western disturbance is expected to affect the Himalayan region on April 5. Its impact will be felt in several districts of northwest and southwest Bihar.
