In a recent journey from Delhi to Toronto on an Air India flight, a woman, accompanied by her husband and two children, voiced her discontent with the overall experience. Shreyti Garg took to Instagram to share a detailed account of her grievances, accompanied by a video that has now gained substantial attention.
The passengers, who reportedly spent 4.5 lakh INR on their tickets, were dismayed by various issues that unfolded during the flight.
