In a recent journey from Delhi to Toronto on an Air India flight, a woman, accompanied by her husband and two children, voiced her discontent with the overall experience. Shreyti Garg took to Instagram to share a detailed account of her grievances, accompanied by a video that has now gained substantial attention.

The passengers, who reportedly spent 4.5 lakh INR on their tickets, were dismayed by various issues that unfolded during the flight. Garg highlighted problems ranging from broken seats to dysfunctional entertainment systems. In her Instagram post, she lamented the lack of support from the crew/staff despite multiple complaints.

The video posted four days ago offers a firsthand look at the faulty in-flight entertainment systems in all three seats the family occupied. Garg can be seen using a camera torch as reading lights were non-functional. The footage concludes with a text overlay stating, “This wasn’t expected on a 15-hour long flight!”

As of now, the video has amassed over 3.3 million views on Instagram, with a multitude of comments echoing similar experiences faced by individuals with Air India. The incident has sparked a broader conversation about the quality of services provided by the airline and the challenges passengers encounter during long-haul flights.
