New York,Elon Musk, renowned for his unconventional approach to parenting, once again made headlines by bringing his young son to a meeting with Turkey’s President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Videos capturing Musk’s interaction with President Erdogan and his son have been circulating widely on the internet. In one of these viral clips, when President Erdogan inquired about Musk’s wife, the Tesla and SpaceX magnate responded, “She is in San Francisco. We are separated now. That’s why I take care of my son.”
Erdogan, in a gesture of goodwill, presented a football to Musk’s toddler, who goes by the distinctive name “X AE A-12,” chosen by his parents, Elon Musk and musician Grimes. It’s worth noting that Musk and Grimes parted ways two years ago. Prior to his relationship with Grimes, Musk had been married twice, first to British actress Talulah Riley and subsequently to Canadian author Justine Wilson.
During their meeting, President Erdogan extended an invitation to Elon Musk, the head of electric automaker Tesla, to consider establishing a manufacturing facility in Turkey. Erdogan, who is currently in the United States to participate in the UN General Assembly, engaged in discussions with Musk regarding potential collaborations between Musk’s space exploration firm, SpaceX, and Turkey’s burgeoning space program.
The official statement from the Turkish government revealed that Erdogan expressed his enthusiasm for collaboration with SpaceX in the realms of artificial intelligence and Starlink, SpaceX’s satellite internet service. In response, Musk expressed his company’s intent to secure the necessary licenses to offer Starlink services in Turkey.
Erdogan’s efforts to attract investments from prominent figures in the business world have not gone unnoticed. Prior to his meeting with Erdogan, French President Emmanuel Macron and Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez also engaged with Elon Musk to explore opportunities for cooperation in fields such as artificial intelligence, space exploration, and electric vehicles.
Following his interaction with Erdogan, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also met with Elon Musk during his visit to the United States. Their discussions encompassed a wide array of subjects, including artificial intelligence and technology.
Currently, Tesla operates six manufacturing facilities, with two of them situated outside the United States, one in Shanghai and another near Berlin. The company also has plans to establish a manufacturing plant in Mexico and enter the Indian market with a production facility.
