Tejashwi Urges Bihari Diaspora In Japan To Boost State’s Tourism

In an effort to bolster Bihar’s tourism sector, Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, who also oversees the tourism department, recently engaged with the Bihari diaspora in Japan. He urged them to harness their expertise and experiences to catapult Bihar into a preeminent state.

Addressing a gathering organized by the Japan Chapter of the Bihar Foundation, an organization dedicated to Bihari expatriates in Tokyo, Tejashwi emphasized the invaluable contributions of Biharis living abroad to the state’s rich cultural heritage. He lauded their unwavering dedication, integrity, and their esteemed global reputation. Furthermore, he underscored the government’s commitment to creating fresh opportunities for the youth, encouraging them to explore new horizons.

In an intimate exchange with individuals of Bihari descent, Tejashwi articulated the profound sense of pride that comes with being a Bihari, emphasizing the unifying bond it forges. He expressed admiration for the commendable work carried out by the Bihar Foundation, particularly applauding the Japan chapter for its exceptional endeavors.

Tejashwi also shed light on the array of welfare programs initiated by the state government to nurture the creativity of Biharis, including groundbreaking film and sports policies. Additionally, he highlighted efforts to enhance education quality, bolster law enforcement, improve healthcare infrastructure, and develop world-class facilities. Alongside these, novel tourism and information technology policies have been introduced to catapult Bihar’s tourism sector onto the global stage and augment the IT landscape within the state.

3. **Tejashwi Yadav on Akhilesh Yadav’s “Future PM” Posters:** Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav responded to posters portraying Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav as the “Future PM,” stating that it is a non-issue, and such posters are commonly displayed. This comes after posters expressing support for Akhilesh Yadav as a future Prime Minister were put up outside the Samajwadi Party headquarters in Lucknow.
