RSS leader Dattatreya Hosabale addressed the World Hindu Congress (WHC) in Bangkok, urging better coordination among diverse Hindu organizations globally. Hosabale emphasized that the richness of Hindu organizations has sometimes resulted in disunity. He stressed the need for collaboration, sharing of information, and avoiding duplication among these organizations to effectively address challenges faced by Hindu societies worldwide.

In his speech, Hosabale highlighted issues such as proselytization, human rights concerns for Hindus, and the lack of Hindu studies departments in Western universities. He called for improved organization to address these challenges collectively.

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, speaking earlier, asserted that India would guide the world towards happiness and satisfaction amid global experiments with materialism, communism, and capitalism. The WHC, renouncing the term “Hinduism,” adopted the use of “Hindutva” and “Hindu Dharma” to represent the timeless religion.

The three-day quadrennial event commenced with delegates from over 60 countries, focusing on fostering unity and addressing contemporary challenges faced by the Hindu community.
