Hyderabad, In a series of exit poll results for the Telangana Assembly Election 2023, Congress emerges as the frontrunner to form the next government, potentially crossing the majority mark. The predictions indicate a likely setback for Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS). However, it is crucial to note that these are preliminary predictions and may evolve with the actual vote count on December 3.

Key Exit Poll Results:

Today’s Chanakya:Congress predicted to secure 71 seats, surpassing the majority mark, with BRS and BJP trailing at 33 and 7 seats, respectively.

Republic-MATRIZE:Congress likely to attain 58-68 seats, while BRS expected to secure 46-56 seats. BJP and AIMIM may secure 4-9 and 5-7 seats, respectively.

Jan Ki Baat:Congress projected to win 48-64 seats, BRS with 40-55 seats, BJP expected to secure 7-13 seats, and AIMIM 4-7 seats.

Polstrat:A tight race anticipated between BRS and Congress, with BRS expected to secure 48-58 seats, and Congress 49-59 seats. BJP and AIMIM may play crucial roles with 5-10 and 6-8 seats, respectively.

The actual results will unfold on December 3, determining the political landscape in Telangana. The Chief Minister, KCR, and other prominent figures are among the 2,290 contestants vying for victory. BRS aims to extend its winning streak since 2014, while Congress strives for a comeback after defeats in 2018 and the preceding UPA government’s statehood grant to Telangana.
