Patna All Set to Ring in New Year 2024 with Open Doors at Zoo and Museum

Patna, As the countdown to New Year 2024 begins, Patna gears up for a festive welcome with Patna Zoo and Bihar Museum opening their doors on January 1, a Monday. Breaking the norm of remaining closed on Mondays, these popular spots are set to attract visitors.

Patna Zoo, a favored New Year celebration venue, anticipates around 30,000 visitors on January 1. Director Satyajeet Kumar stated that ticket prices for the day will be Rs 100 for adults and Rs 50 for children, higher than regular rates. Advance booking started on December 25, and additional ticket counters will be operational on the day.

Eco Park, expecting a similar footfall, also commenced advance ticket booking on December 25. Seven additional ticket counters will be set up on January 1, with prices set at Rs 25 for children and Rs 50 for adults.

Bihar Museum maintains its regular ticket prices of Rs 100 per adult, Rs 50 per child, and Rs 25 for students. SK Puri Park and Lohia Park offer tickets at Rs 25 for adults and Rs 10 for children.

Security measures, including additional guards and police force, will be implemented at the venues. Animals at Patna Zoo will be kept in their cages, with special decorations for some enclosures.
