In a historic announcement, the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Trust declared on Monday that the sanctum sanctorum of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya has been completed and eagerly awaits the consecration ceremony scheduled for January 22.

After five centuries of dedicated efforts, the “sacred Garbhagriha of Prabhu Shri Ramlalla Sarkar is ready in all its glory to welcome the aaradhya of millions of Ram Bhakts across the world,” as posted by the trust on X.

Grand Ceremony Details

The upcoming grand ceremony, set to take place on January 22, will witness the consecration ceremony (pran pratishtha) of Ram Lalla in the sanctum-sanctorum (garbhagriha). Notable attendees include dozens of VVIP guests, among them Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Following this momentous occasion, the temple will be open for devotees starting January 24.
