Mandapam, India: Speaking at the inauguration of ‘Bharat Tex 2024’ in Bharat Mandapam, Prime Minister Modi emphasized his commitment to those who do not seek guarantees. Addressing the audience, he stated, “I assure those who don’t take any guarantee, I am their guarantee.” The event marked the unveiling of the textile sector’s ambitious initiative, where PM Modi integrated textile with the concept of ‘Five F’s.’

PM Modi highlighted that every element of the textile sector is being linked with the ‘Five F’ principle, signifying Farm, Fiber, Factory, Fashion, and Foreign. He underscored that this approach is aimed at encouraging farmers, MSMEs, and exports.

In an effort to bridge the gap between artisans and markets, PM Modi announced the establishment of 7 PM Mitra Parks in various states. He emphasized the ongoing work to enhance the availability of Charkhas through direct sales, exhibitions, and online platforms, making them easily accessible.

PM Modi expressed India’s resolution to become a developed nation in the next 25 years. He identified poverty alleviation, youth empowerment, farmers’ welfare, and women’s development as the four pillars crucial for India’s progress. Highlighting the significant contribution of the textile sector to these pillars, he mentioned the extensive efforts to broaden its scope.

In his address, PM Modi asserted, “I assure those who don’t take any guarantee, I am their guarantee.” He reiterated India’s commitment to developing the textile sector as an integral part of building a prosperous nation.
