The onset of summer in Bihar is evident as temperatures have risen sharply. The Meteorological Department suggests that some districts in Bihar may experience rainfall.

The maximum temperature during the day has surpassed 36°C, while the minimum temperature hovers around 20°C at night. Over the past 10 days, there has been an increase of 7°C to 8°C in the maximum daytime temperatures. A similar trend is observed in minimum temperatures.

According to the Meteorological Center in Patna, the weather is expected to remain dry for the next four days with stable temperatures. However, rainfall is anticipated thereafter. Weather forecasts indicate the formation of a cyclonic circulation about 0.9 km above sea level in northern Odisha. This could lead to light to moderate rainfall in southern, central, and eastern regions of the state, including Patna, on March 19th and 20th.
