In a recent development, the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has decided to conduct the Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2023 round 3 instead of the initially planned mop-up round. This decision pertains to courses such as MBBS, BDS, BVSc, and AH. Eligible candidates seeking admission to these programs can now apply for the third round of counselling on the official website – bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.

Candidates who participated in the second round of counselling and wish to continue to the third round can select the ‘Yes’ option for upgradation. Additionally, applicants who retained their first-round seats under the Bihar NEET UG 2023 counselling round 2 and intend to resign without forfeiting the security deposit can do so by visiting the allocated institute between September 15 (10 AM) and September 16 (6 PM).

How to Apply for Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2023 Round 3?

1. Visit the official website at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.

2. On the homepage, locate and click on the link provided for Round 3 Counselling Registration.

3. A new window will appear; enter your details and upload the necessary documents.

4. Complete the payment for round 3 counselling and submit the form.

5. Download a copy of the form and retain it for future reference.

Candidates who fail to report to the allocated college for resignation purposes can also opt for resignation by paying the forfeiture security deposit until September 17. The resignation slip will be accessible on the board’s official website.
