Bihar Youth Apprehended for Posting Offensive Remarks Against PM and Hindu Deities

In a recent development, Bihar Police has taken into custody a young individual from Muzaffarpur district for allegedly disseminating objectionable comments against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Hindu deities via his social media platform. The arrested individual has been identified as Mohammed Aqib, hailing from Dardha village within the jurisdiction of Sakra police station, Muzaffarpur. His apprehension occurred on the night of Friday, police sources have confirmed.

Amit Kumar, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM-East) of Muzaffarpur, stated, “The accused has utilized his social media account to broadcast derogatory statements aimed at the Prime Minister and Hindu deities. A formal case has been registered against him.”

The legal course of action will be determined following the completion of the suspect’s interrogation.
