In a groundbreaking decision, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has granted approval for the establishment of a sprawling eco-friendly industrial hub spread across 147 acres at Rani Khera in northwest Delhi. The proposed hub, poised to be a nucleus for Information Technology (IT), Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES), and research, envisions the construction of multilevel buildings in designated clusters. The government plans to incentivize industries by offering land at concessional rates, with the potential to generate substantial direct and indirect employment opportunities. Tasked with the development is the Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC), ensuring the integration of modern amenities and a commitment to environmental sustainability. This strategic initiative aligns with the government’s broader agenda of fostering business growth and positioning Delhi as a prominent manufacturing hub.
