In a recent development, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) conducted raids on Thursday in an apartment located in the Lohanipur area of the Kadamkuan police station in Patna. According to sources, the operation is focused on the residences of Om Prakash Tiwari, the former coordinator of the Bihar Premier League. The CBI’s actions extend to both Tiwari’s residence and office locations. Sources suggest that the raid is linked to allegations of embezzlement amounting to lakhs of rupees in the Patna Municipal Corporation. Currently, the CBI is meticulously examining documents seized during the operation.

Additional Security Forces Deployed at the Scene

Om Prakash Tiwari, currently serving as the Pradesh Mahasachiv (State General Secretary) of the Shiv Sena (Sinde Group), previously held the position of coordinator for the Bihar Premier League. In addition to the CBI team, extra security forces have been summoned to the site. Security personnel are keeping a vigilant watch on everyone entering and leaving the apartment. No unauthorized individuals are allowed entry without proper scrutiny.
