Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Jhabua in Madhya Pradesh on Sunday, inaugurating and laying the foundation stones for development projects worth ₹7,550 crores. During his visit, PM Modi targeted opposition parties, including Congress, stating that they only remember villages, the poor, and farmers during elections.

In response, the opposition acknowledged the challenge, with the Prime Minister predicting a landslide victory for the BJP in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Modi emphasized that the BJP’s symbol, the lotus, would secure more than 370 seats. It

Addressing a tribal community gathering in Jhabua, the Prime Minister highlighted initiatives for tribal health, launching a campaign against anemia. He criticized Congress, stating that they are like “oxygen for loot and corruption.”

Modi drew parallels between Jhabua and Gujarat, emphasizing the strong connection between the people of both regions. He expressed gratitude for the opportunity to connect closely with the local traditions and life in Jhabua.

In a strategic move, PM Modi declared himself a servant rather than a campaigner for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, emphasizing the double-engine government’s accelerated development in Madhya Pradesh.

The Prime Minister rejected the notion of tribal communities being a vote bank, asserting their pride as an integral part of the nation. He criticized Congress for opening only 100 Eklavya schools in many years, contrasting it with the BJP government’s achievement of establishing four times as many in just ten years.

Modi insisted that no tribal child should lag behind in education, highlighting the BJP’s commitment to addressing educational disparities.
