Narendra Modi expresses confidence in NDA government’s commitment to Bihar’s development”

In a significant development, Nitish Kumar has been sworn in as the Chief Minister of Bihar for the ninth time. Accompanying him, Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha took their oaths as Deputy Chief Ministers. The swearing-in ceremony, attended by eight cabinet ministers, took place at the Raj Bhavan.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Nitish Kumar on assuming office, expressing confidence in the new government’s commitment to fulfilling the aspirations of the state’s people and ensuring development. PM Modi shared his best wishes on social media, emphasizing the dedication of the NDA government in Bihar.

PM Modi’s Tweet: “Congratulations to Nitish Kumar on becoming the Chief Minister of Bihar for the 9th time. I believe that this team will serve my extended family in the state with utmost dedication.”

In response, Samrat Chaudhary expressed gratitude to PM Modi, BJP National President JP Nadda, and Home Minister Amit Shah for their support. He pledged to contribute wholeheartedly to Bihar’s development as the Deputy Chief Minister.

Vijay Sinha, the newly appointed Deputy Chief Minister, also conveyed his thanks, expressing commitment to uphold the dignity of the position and contribute to Bihar’s progress. He acknowledged the trust placed in him by the BJP leadership and Prime Minister Modi.

The swearing-in ceremony marks Nitish Kumar’s ninth term as Chief Minister, while Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Sinha assume the roles of Deputy Chief Ministers for the first time. The trio, along with the cabinet ministers, took the oath with a promise to serve Bihar with dedication.
