On Monday, the Nitish Kumar government secured a vote of confidence in the Bihar Legislative Assembly. This comes 15 days after the formation of the new government in Bihar. The assembly first discussed the motion of confidence, followed by a voice vote, and then a division vote. Opposition members walked out during the voting process. The Nitish Kumar government received 129 votes in favor, while the opposition garnered 0 votes.
