In a significant administrative overhaul in Bihar on Tuesday, a large-scale transfer has been carried out involving 30 officers from the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and 18 officers from the Bihar Administrative Service (BAS). The General Administration Department has issued a notification regarding these transfers, which also includes officers who recently received promotions in the IAS.

1. Suresh Choudhary, District Magistrate of West Champaran, has been appointed as the Secretary of the Panchayati Raj Department.
2. Kishori Choudhary, Additional Collector of Buxar, has been appointed as the Joint Secretary of the Revenue and Land Reforms Department.
3. Satyendra Kumar Singh, Joint Secretary in the Information and Public Relations Department, has been appointed as the Municipal Commissioner of Begusarai.
4. Udit Singh, awaiting posting, has been appointed as the District Magistrate of Nalanda.
5. Tarunjeet Singh, Nagar Aayukta (Municipal Commissioner) of Nalanda, has been appointed as the Director of Fisheries and Animal Resources Department.
6. Vishal Raj, Deputy Development Commissioner of Madhubani, has been appointed as the Director of Technical Development in the Industries Department.
7. Arif Hassan, Nagar Aayukta (Municipal Commissioner) of Purnia, has been appointed as the Joint Secretary of the Urban Development and Housing Department.
8. Yogesh Kumar Sagar, Nagar Aayukta (Municipal Commissioner) of Bhagalpur, has been appointed as the Joint Secretary of the Industries Department.
9. Anil Kumar, Deputy Development Commissioner of Bettiah, has been appointed as the Project Director of the AIDS Control Society.
10. Shekhar Anand, Deputy Development Commissioner of Rohtas, has been appointed as the Municipal Commissioner of Nalanda.
11. Nitin Kumar Singh, Deputy Development Commissioner of Madhepura, has been appointed as the Municipal Commissioner of Bhagalpur.
12. Pratibha Rani, Deputy Development Commissioner of Darbhanga, has been appointed as the Deputy Development Commissioner of West Champaran.
13. Chandrima Atri, Sub-Divisional Officer of Darbhanga Sadar, has been appointed as the Sub-Divisional Officer of Mahua.
14. Deepesh Kumar, awaiting posting, has been appointed as the Deputy Development Commissioner of Madhubani.
