New Delhi -Celebrating his 73rd birthday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi embarked on a symbolic metro ride after inaugurating the extension of the Airport Express line in the Dwarka district of Delhi.
The charismatic leader engaged warmly with passengers aboard the metro, who extended their heartfelt birthday greetings. Amidst applause and chants of “Happy Birthday Modi ji,” passengers eagerly snapped selfies with the Prime Minister.
In a heartwarming gesture, PM Modi distributed chocolates to the children who greeted him with jubilation. Furthermore, he took the time to converse with the dedicated staff of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), acknowledging their pivotal role in Delhi’s rapidly growing metro network.
The Airport Express line’s expansion spans nearly 2 kilometers, linking Dwarka Sector 21 to the India International Convention Centre.
