The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the final results of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2023. Aditya Srivastava has clinched the top spot in the examination, followed by Animesh Pradhan securing the All India Rank 2, and Donuru Ananya Reddy claiming the third position.
According to information available on social media, UPSC 2023 topper Aditya Srivastava hails from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his schooling from CMS Lucknow’s Aliganj branch, where he was also the topper of his 12th-grade class, scoring an impressive 95 percent. Pursuing his passion for engineering, Aditya went on to earn his B.Tech and M.Tech degrees from IIT Kanpur, where he excelled and received the prestigious Gold Medal.
During his interview, Aditya expressed his desire to work at the grassroots level and contribute to systemic upliftment. He has also gained experience working for a prominent American investment bank, Goldman Sachs, for a period of 15 months.
Candidates who appeared for the examination can check the results on the official website of the commission, upsc.gov.in, by entering their roll numbers. The final merit list is prepared by aggregating the scores of candidates in the preliminary, mains, and personality tests.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the successful candidates through a tweet, commending their hard work, determination, and dedication, which have paved the way for promising careers in public service, wishing them success for the future.
