Over the next fortnight, the 42nd edition of the India International Trade Fair 2023 (IITF) is set to unfold at Pragati Maidan, featuring around 3,500 exhibitors from diverse realms, including India, UAE, Iran, and Thailand. Under the theme ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam – United by Trade,’ the event spans an expansive 110,000 square meters, attracting participants from all states and Union territories. The Partner States for this occasion are Bihar and Kerala, with Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh designated as Focus States. Additionally, representatives from 13 countries, spanning Afghanistan to the UAE, will contribute to the international diversity of the trade fair. Central government ministries, public sector units, and commodity boards will actively partake in this grand exhibition, providing a comprehensive showcase of products and trade opportunities. The anticipated footfall during the 14-day event is projected to exceed 10,00,000, with tickets available both online and offline at selected metro stations, excepting the Supreme Court Metro Station. Entry gates will be accessible at Gate numbers 4, 6, and 10. The fair, scheduled from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm, is a significant platform fostering global trade connections and economic collaborations.
