Businesses Face Office Space Crunch in Gujarat’s Gift City

As demand for real estate in Gujarat’s Gift City surpasses supply, businesses looking to establish themselves are encountering challenges in securing office space. Wait times of several months to a few years are anticipated before new office spaces become available for leasing. Monthly office rentals have surged from ₹40-50 per sq. ft two years ago to around ₹90-120 per sq. ft.

To address immediate space needs, Gift City authorities suggest renting seats in co-working spaces while exploring dedicated office space options. Demand is expected to rise further after recent permissions allowing liquor sales in Gift City.
