Mumbai, September 1, 2023 – In an exclusive statement following the INDIA alliance gathering in Mumbai, Bihar’s sagacious Chief Minister and JD(U) luminary, Nitish Kumar, issued a grave warning asserting that the Lok Sabha elections could be summoned ahead of schedule. Kumar’s exhortation for unwavering vigilance resonated with intensity.
“Elections, specifically the Lok Sabha polls, may transpire earlier than anticipated. Therefore, we must maintain a state of heightened awareness, with all internal channels primed,” admonished the venerable Nitish Kumar.
Further expounding on the matter, Kumar articulated that the opposition parties were executing a unified front in a concerted effort. He expressed with confidence, “Those occupying the central echelons of power shall soon yield to the opposition’s cohesiveness. Their reign shall be curtailed, take my word for it.”

Earlier in the proceedings, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut disclosed the adoption of pivotal resolutions and the establishment of four crucial committees. “Significant resolutions have been sanctioned,” Raut confirmed. “The INDIA Alliance Coordination Committee, comprising 14 distinguished members, has been meticulously constituted.”
The esteemed 14-member Coordination Committee and Election Strategy Committee boasts luminaries such as KC Venugopal (INC), Sharad Pawar (NCP), TR Baalu (DMK), Hemant Soren (JMM), Sanjay Raut (SS-UBT), Tejashwi Yadav (RJD), Abhishek Banerjee (TMC), Raghav Chadha (AAP), Javed Ali Khan (SP), Lalan Singh (JDU), D Raja (CPI), Omar Abdullah (NC), Mehbooba Mufti (PDP), with an additional representative from CPI(M) soon to be unveiled.
Furthermore, Raut expounded on the establishment of four pivotal committees, asserting, “Campaigning committee, working group of social media committee, working group of media, and working group of research have been established, inclusive of members from all political spectra.”
The Opposition INDIA alliance, composed of constituent parties, jointly resolved to join forces for the 2024 Lok Sabha election, aspiring for unity as their paramount objective. This momentous resolution emerged from the third strategic assembly held in Mumbai, dedicated to formulating an astute action plan for the impending Lok Sabha Polls.
