Amidst severe fog and low visibility in North India, numerous trains bound for Delhi are experiencing significant delays, causing inconvenience to passengers and relatives. According to railenquiry.in, approximately 27 trains headed to Delhi are running behind schedule by a minimum of 4-5 hours. This disruption is observed not only in express trains but also in services like Vande Bharat, as depicted in a video from Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station.

Commuters are facing challenges due to crowded stations and heavy traffic jams outside. Passengers express frustration over the delays, emphasizing the need for better management during such weather conditions.

In addition to the impact on rail services, the dense fog has led to delays and cancellations at Anand Vihar Railway Station. The situation has prompted a dense fog advisory from the India Meteorological Department for Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, north Rajasthan, and north Madhya Pradesh. The advisory urges caution while driving and recommends the use of fog lights. The disruption is expected to persist for the next two days.
