Renowned filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri recently held a substantive meeting with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, with the primary agenda being the promotion of his latest cinematic offering, ‘The Vaccine War.’
Agnihotri, during the tête-à-tête with CM Adityanath, expounded on the significance of science as the harbinger of our future. Additionally, he earnestly beseeched the Chief Minister for the screening of his film, exclusively aimed at enlightening the state’s students.
In a recent interview, Agnihotri passionately elucidated the overarching theme of his cinematic endeavor, underscoring the audacious narrative it encapsulates. During the challenging milieu of the COVID-19 pandemic, Agnihotri emphasized the existence of a clique prophesying India’s inability to surmount the crisis. This faction fervently advocated the importation of foreign vaccines, casting aspersions on India’s capabilities.
