How to Activate Lockdown Mode on iPhone?
To activate Lockdown Mode on your iPhone, you need to navigate to Settings. Scroll down for Privacy and Security. Here, you will find Lockdown Mode at the bottom of the page. Now, tap on this mode. A dialogue box will appear, providing you with information about this mode and its usage. Clicking on Turn On Lockdown Mode will activate it.
All these features will be disabled
Upon enabling Lockdown Mode on the iPhone, it disables all features that hackers can exploit. Additionally, attachment files received through the Messages app are automatically blocked, although photos are not. Furthermore, Lockdown Mode also blocks the Apple Link Preview option.
Once Lockdown Mode is enabled, the iPhone operates differently than usual. To reduce the risk of an attack, some apps, websites, and features may be restricted. For example, during web browsing, some complex web technologies are previewed, causing certain websites to load slowly or function improperly.
