“Acharya Pramod Krishnam, expelled from the Congress Party for six years, expressed his grievances, stating, ‘I was not an employee of the Congress Party, and I did not seek any position. I am aligned with the Congress ideology from Rajiv Gandhi to date, rooted in the principles of Mahatma Gandhi, where every meeting began with ‘Raghupati Raghava Raja Ram.’
Pramod Krishnam acknowledged the fulfillment of Mahatma Gandhi’s dreams by Prime Minister Modi, likening it to the vision of ‘Ram Rajya.’ While praising Modi’s decisions for the nation’s welfare, Krishnam criticized the Congress for harboring intense hatred towards Modi, even contemplating eradicating the term ‘Sanatan.’ He expressed gratitude to Congress leaders who played a significant role in his expulsion.
Speaking on Sachin Pilot’s alleged humiliation, Krishnam likened it to the poison consumed by Lord Shiva, stating that even Priyanka Gandhi faces disrespect. He questioned the motives behind such mistreatment and pondered if invoking Lord Rama’s name was considered anti-party.
Krishnam revealed that he received a letter from the Congress Party citing anti-party activities as the reason for his expulsion and questioned the Congress leaders about the specific activities leading to his removal. He emphasized that taking Lord Rama’s name is not against the party’s principles.
Referring to the current state of the Congress Party, Krishnam expressed concern about its deviation from Mahatma Gandhi’s Congress. He clarified that standing for ‘Ram and the nation’ cannot be compromised, downplaying his expulsion as a minor issue.
In a reflective note, Krishnam declared that he has upheld the promise he made to Rajiv Gandhi at the age of 16-17 and affirmed his lifelong commitment to stand alongside Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”
