Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has raised concerns regarding the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) summons in the Excise Policy case. In a letter to the ED, Kejriwal expressed skepticism about the intent behind the summons and sought a questionnaire from the investigative agency. He emphasized his willingness to respond to any questions if they pertain to information within his knowledge or possession. Having skipped the ED summons three times, Kejriwal cited his busy schedule, including preparations for Republic Day and the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections. The CM accused the ED of maintaining unwarranted secrecy and urged the agency to respond to his earlier replies. He emphasized the need for transparency and fair consideration of his objections.
