In a move signaling internal discord, the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) has suspended its Lok Sabha MP Danish Ali for engaging in activities deemed detrimental to the party’s interests. The decision comes after several warnings were issued to Ali regarding his alleged “anti-party” conduct. The BSP highlighted Ali’s prior commitment to the party during his association with the Janata Party in Karnataka in 2018 and emphasized his suspension due to apparent disregard for party principles.

The suspension follows objectionable remarks made against Danish Ali by BJP MP Ramesh Bidhuri during a parliamentary session a few months ago. The BSP’s decision to suspend Ali underscores the party’s commitment to maintaining internal discipline and adherence to party values.
