Nawada, Amid the ongoing heatwave, electricity consumption has surged, leading to power cuts and load shedding. To mitigate these issues, the Executive Engineer of the Electricity Division in Nawada has urged residents to use electricity judiciously during these sweltering days.

The engineer advised that when power is restored after an outage, consumers should initially use essential electrical appliances. Devices like air conditioners and coolers should be turned on after a 30-minute interval. This staggered usage will reduce the load on the power grid, decreasing the likelihood of subsequent power cuts. By following this simple precaution, residents can enjoy a more reliable power supply during the heatwave.
