Four Of Seven BJP MPs Win Rajasthan Assembly Elections

In the Rajasthan assembly elections, four out of the seven BJP Members of Parliament emerged victorious, while three faced defeat in the declared results on Sunday.

Election Highlights:

1. Hanuman Beniwal of Rashtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP), MP from Nagaur, secured a narrow victory in Khinwsar, overcoming BJP candidate Rewant Ram by 2,059 votes.

2. Diya Kumari, Rajsamand MP, and a member of the Jaipur royal family, won the Vidhyadhar Nagar seat with a substantial margin of 71,368 votes, defeating Congress candidate Sitaram Agarwal.

3. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Jaipur Rural MP and former Union minister, secured the Jhotwara seat with a margin of 50,167 votes, triumphing over Congress candidate Abhishek Choudhary.

4. Baba Balak Nath, Alwar MP, emerged victorious in the Tijara seat with a margin of 6,173 votes, defeating Congress candidate Imran Khan.

5. Kirodi Lal Meena, Rajya Sabha MP, secured a win in the Sawai Madhopur seat with a margin of 22,510 votes, overcoming Congress candidate Danish Abrar.

Notable Defeats:

1. Narendra Kumar lost the Mandawa seat to Congress candidate Rita Chaudhary by a margin of 18,717 votes.

2. Bhagirath Choudhary secured the third position in the Kishangarh constituency, where Congress candidate Vikash Choudhary emerged victorious.

3. Devji Patelfaced defeat in Sanchore, losing to BJP rebel Jiva Ram Chaudhary, who contested as an independent candidate.
