Putin praised the growth in trade and successful joint projects, emphasizing the special strategic partnership. He acknowledged India’s leadership in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation and the G20, expressing confidence in continued bilateral development to enhance regional and global security and stability.

In a recent meeting with India’s External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, Putin commended PM Modi’s constructive stance on global issues, including the situation in Ukraine.
