Switzerland tops 2023 Global Talent Competitiveness List; India ranks 103 in Global Index

In the latest Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI), Switzerland has secured the first position, maintaining its lead from the previous year. The top three spots also include Singapore and the United States, with European countries dominating 17 of the top 25 positions. The overall rankings include Denmark, the Netherlands, Finland, Norway, Australia, Sweden, and the United Kingdom in the top 10.

India, ranked 103 out of 134 countries assessed for talent production and acquisition policies, scored 30.37 points, emphasizing the need for improvements in the talent competitiveness landscape.
