Shah Rukh Khan’s cinematic masterpiece, “Jawan,” helmed by the visionary director Atlee, has triumphed in spectacular fashion, surging past the remarkable milestone of ₹1000 crore in worldwide box office earnings. This monumental achievement was realized within a mere 18 days of the film’s release.

Featuring Shah Rukh Khan alongside the exceptional talents of Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in pivotal roles, “Jawan” has left an indelible mark on the global film industry. The announcement of this awe-inspiring feat was shared by Red Chillies Entertainment on the X platform, formerly known as Twitter, with the resounding proclamation, “History in the maKING ft. Jawan! Have you watched it yet?”

In an outpouring of gratitude, director Atlee expressed, “God is so kind to us. Thank you all…” This cinematic triumph marks Shah Rukh Khan’s second entry into the exclusive ₹1000 crore club, following the monumental success of “Pathaan.”

A tantalizing glimpse of Shah Rukh Khan’s portrayal as Vikram Rathore, alongside his son Azad in “Jawan,” was unveiled in a captivating video clip, bearing the impressive insignia of “₹1004.92 crore worldwide gross.” Enthusiastic fans have speculated that the film’s collaboration with the musical genius Anirudh Ravichander will likely propel its earnings even further, with predictions soaring as high as ₹1500 crore.

This extraordinary accomplishment solidifies Shah Rukh Khan’s unparalleled distinction as the first Indian actor to achieve two ₹1000 crore grossers in a single year, a testament to his enduring charisma and global appeal.

Comparatively, “Pathaan,” featuring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham, achieved the remarkable ₹1000 crore milestone earlier this year. However, it took approximately four weeks to reach this pinnacle, having been released on January 25 and crossing the coveted mark on February 21. In striking contrast, “Jawan” attained this milestone with remarkable swiftness, accomplishing it in a mere 18 days since its release on September 7, spanning multiple languages, including Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.

As “Jawan” continues to captivate audiences worldwide, its third weekend witnessed a surge in box office earnings, culminating in a total worldwide gross collection of ₹1004 crore. Notably, it amassed ₹979.08 crore on Saturday alone, further highlighting its unstoppable momentum. Within India, the film amassed ₹14.95 crore nett on its third Sunday, contributing to an impressive domestic box office total of ₹560.78 crore.

Noteworthy performances by an ensemble cast, including Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Ridhi Dogra, Lehar Khan, Girija Oak, and Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, alongside cameo appearances by the illustrious Sanjay Dutt and Deepika Padukone, have contributed to “Jawan’s” cinematic brilliance.

In conclusion, Shah Rukh Khan’s “Jawan” stands as a cinematic marvel, a testament to the indomitable spirit of Indian cinema, and a momentous achievement in the annals of global entertainment.
