List of Amrit Bharat, Vande Bharat trains to be flagged off by PM Modi on Dec 30

Ayodhya: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a significant visit to Ayodhya on December 30, unveiling a slew of projects aimed at modernizing the city and enhancing its historical and cultural significance. Among the highlights, PM Modi will inaugurate the Ayodhya Dham Junction Railway Station and launch two Amrit Bharat and six Vande Bharat trains.

The Amrit Bharat Express, introduced during this visit, promises an elevated travel experience with features like LHB push-pull technology, non-air-conditioned coaches, redesigned seating, improved luggage racks, mobile charging outlets, LED lighting, CCTV, and a comprehensive public information system.

Projects for Inauguration:

1. Amrit Bharat Trains:

– Darbhanga-Ayodhya-Anand Vihar Terminal Amrit Bharat Express

– Malda Town-Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminus (Bengaluru) Amrit Bharat Express

2. Vande Bharat Trains:

– Ayodhya-Anand Vihar Terminal

– Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra-New Delhi

– Amritsar-Delhi

– Coimbatore-Bangalore Cantt

– Mangalore-Madgaon

– Jalna-Mumbai

Other Inaugurations:

– Ayodhya Airport, named after sage poet Maharishi Valmiki.

– Railway projects worth ₹2300 crore, including the Rooma Chakeri-Chanderi third line project, Jaunpur-Ayodhya-Barabanki doubling project segments, and the Malhaur-Daliganj railway section doubling/electrification project.

– Development and enhancement of tourist amenities, including a visitor gallery, and renovation of pilgrim paths.

– Greenfield township valued at over ₹2180 crore and the Vashishtha Kunj Residential Scheme estimated at around ₹300 crore.

– Foundation stone for various infrastructure projects, including the Lucknow-Ayodhya section of NH-28 (new NH-27), modification of the existing Ayodhya bypass, CIPET center setup, and construction of offices for the Municipal Corporation Ayodhya and Ayodhya Development Authority.

PM Modi’s vision is to balance contemporary infrastructure development with the preservation of Ayodhya’s rich historical and cultural heritage.
