Addressing questions about his dietary choices and fitness routine, Manoj Bajpayee explained, “Food is the biggest enemy when it comes to weight and illnesses. When you stop eating dinner, there are many illnesses that you save yourself from.” He highlighted that reducing food intake has been a conscious choice, driven by his appreciation for the balanced lunch he consumes.
According to Bajpayee, the combination of rice, roti, and his preferred vegetarian or non-vegetarian dish during lunch helps maintain a balanced weight. He stressed that a disciplined approach to eating is crucial for overall well-being.

So I thought, Let me follow what he used to eat. When I started doing that, my weight was under control. I started feeling energetic and healthy. Then, that was the time I decided I would stick with this.”
