Eyewitnesses reported that a high-speed truck struck a cyclist, identified as Manoj Kumar Mandal (45), who was carrying bananas for sale. The impact of the collision resulted in Mandal’s immediate demise. Enraged bystanders quickly surrounded the truck and apprehended the driver.
