Seema Haider, who illegally entered India from Pakistan, is once again making headlines as her Pakistani husband, Gulam Haider, has filed a case of fraud against her. Gulam Haider has lodged the case in a Noida court, accusing Seema of fraud not only against him but also against Sachin Meena. Seema Haider is the same Pakistani woman who unlawfully entered India in May last year, with the intention of marrying Sachin.
Gulam Haider’s lawyer has filed the case under section 156(3) of the CrPC. It is alleged in the petition that Seema has not yet completed the divorce proceedings with Gulam, making her marriage to Sachin illegitimate. According to the lawyer, after Seema’s illegal entry into India, she identified Gulam as her husband in her bail application following her arrest. However, publicly, she claimed to be marrying Sachin.
Report Sought by April 18th
The lawyer revealed that following this, the court has issued a notice to the Noida police, demanding a report by April 18th. Seema and Sachin were arrested by the Noida police on July 3rd last year from Ballabhgarh, Haryana. They were released on bail on July 7th. Sachin’s father was also arrested but was later granted bail.
Who is Seema Haider?
In July 2023, it was revealed that Seema Haider, originally from Karachi, was living with Sachin Meena in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. They met while playing the mobile game PUBG, and Seema fell in love with Sachin. She later decided to settle in India, leaving her first husband, who was working in Saudi Arabia.
Demand for Indian Citizenship
In an interview with a TV channel, Haider stated that she would accept Hinduism and was not eager to return to Pakistan. She also claimed that her four children had embraced Hinduism. Seema Haider has written a letter to the President, appealing for Indian citizenship.
