JDU’s Sanjay Jha took oath as a Rajya Sabha member on Thursday, expressing gratitude to CM Nitish Kumar. He pledged to raise important issues of Bihar in the Parliament.

After the swearing-in ceremony, Sanjay Jha posted on social media, affirming his commitment to raise crucial issues in the Parliament with true faith in India’s Constitution.

Sanjay Jha expressed his pride in taking the oath in his mother tongue, Maithili, considering it a symbol of rich culture and heritage. He pledged to continue efforts to promote and preserve the language for future generations.

Addressing political developments in Bihar, Sanjay Jha reacted to Tejashwi Yadav’s family-centric posts, criticizing dynastic decision-making. He declined to comment on the controversy surrounding the Purnia Lok Sabha seat within the Mahagathbandhan, stating it as an internal matter.

Sanjay Jha emphasized the goal of winning all 40 seats in Bihar, focusing on the larger political agenda within the state.

Additionally, Sanjay Jha extended his thanks to CM Nitish Kumar for the opportunity, highlighting the significance of the occasion.
