Patna- In a remarkable display of artistry and homage to international diplomacy, a Durga Puja pandal in Patna has taken on the appearance of the recent G20 Summit, which was held in the national capital. The meticulously designed pandal, inspired by the cutting-edge Bharat Mandapam at Delhi’s Pragati Maidan, the official venue for the summit, has become a magnet for visitors and revelers alike.

This awe-inspiring pandal, in addition to replicating the architectural grandeur of Bharat Mandapam, also features lifelike models of the world’s top leaders and prominent international dignitaries who graced the two-day event. The crowning jewel of the display is the effigy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

To the right of Prime Minister Modi stands a lifelike model of U.S. President Joe Biden, who was among the prominent world leaders attending the 18th G20 Summit.

The pandal further pays homage to the Indian capital by showcasing an intricate model of Delhi’s iconic Red Fort.

The 18th G20 Leaders Summit, which unfolded on September 9th and 10th, witnessed an unprecedented gathering of global leaders and dignitaries. Notable figures included U.S. President Joe Biden and the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Rishi Sunak.

Hosted under India’s G20 presidency, the event marked a significant milestone with the formal induction of the African Union (AU) into the grouping, alongside a momentous declaration adopted by consensus among participating world leaders.

This splendid transformation of the Durga Puja pandal mirrors the essence of Shardiya Navratri, a nine-day festival dedicated to the worship of Maa Durga and her nine avatars, known as Navdurga. “Navratri,” derived from Sanskrit, translates to “nine nights,” symbolizing a sacred observance among Hindus.
