Visakhapatnam: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, upon his arrival in Visakhapatnam on Tuesday, has embarked on a journey of wellness. Mann is participating in a four-day meditation course and related practices at a wellness center near Rushikonda, with plans to conclude the program on Friday before proceeding to Delhi.

During his visit, G Amarnath, the State IT and Industries Minister, extended a courtesy visit to Mann, presenting him with a memento on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh government.

However, Mann’s wellness pursuit received criticism from Punjab BJP President Sunil Kumar Jakhar. In a social media post, Jakhar questioned Mann’s decision to opt for a meditation course in Andhra Pradesh, raising speculations and linking it to political motives.

It’s worth noting that Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar had also chosen the same wellness center in Visakhapatnam for a two-day retreat in 2022.
