In a recent announcement, the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has released the revised exam dates for the Jharkhand General Graduate Level Combined Competitive Examination (JGGLCCE) 2023. Initially scheduled for December 16 & 17, 2023, the examination will now take place on January 21 & 28, 2024, across various centers in the state.
A total of 2025 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment examination, and candidates are advised to stay updated by regularly checking the official website, www.jssc.nic.in, for updates and announcements regarding the examination and admit card details.
Candidates eligible for the facility of a scribe, including those with 40% or more disability, are required to submit the prescribed application form to the Commission office by January 6, 2024. The commission emphasizes that applications submitted after this date will not be considered, and candidates falling under the PWD and other disabled categories must provide a certificate of physical disability from the Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon to avail of this facility.
Previously, the JSSC had postponed the examination scheduled for December 16th and 17th, 2023, citing the unavailability of the selected agency to conduct the examination on the specified dates.
