New Delhi, Delhi Health Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader, Saurabh Bhardwaj, has raised questions regarding the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) decisions on invitations to the upcoming ‘Pran Prathista’ ceremony at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. This comes in response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s request for ‘140 crore countrymen’ to refrain from attending the Ram temple consecration ceremony on January 22.
Delhi Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj stated, “Ram Temple belongs to the whole country. Who is BJP to decide who to invite and who to leave out? People will go whenever they want to.”
Prime Minister Modi, during his recent visit to Ayodhya, inaugurated a redeveloped railway station, a newly-built airport, and laid the foundation stone for various projects in Uttar Pradesh. He urged people to celebrate the day of ‘pran pratishtha’ of Ram temple as ‘Deepawali’ by lighting special diyas in their homes.
Highlighting the nationwide excitement over the Ram Temple, Prime Minister Modi encouraged people to share their creations related to it on social media with the hashtag ‘Shri Ram Bhajan.’ He emphasized the emotional and devotional significance of this compilation.
In other developments, Delhi Health Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj’s questioning of the BJP’s role adds to the ongoing discussions surrounding the Ram Mandir consecration ceremony.
