PM Modi launches Bihar campaign: vows double visits in every phase”

Patna. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address his first election rally in Bihar on Thursday. The Prime Minister’s speech will be around noon in Khaira, in the Jamui Lok Sabha constituency. During the Prime Minister’s speech, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and all NDA leaders will be present. Khaira, a secure seat, has Ramvilas Ram’s candidate Arun Bharati from the NDA. Voting will take place here in the first phase on April 19. According to BJP sources, the Prime Minister will address at least 12 public meetings in each of Bihar’s seven phases of elections.

April 6: Amit Shah’s Rally in Aurangabad

The Prime Minister’s second rally will be held on April 7 in the Nawada Lok Sabha constituency. In Nawada, BJP’s candidate Vivek Thakur is from the NDA. Here too, the election is to be held in the first phase. According to BJP state president Samrat Chaudhary, the decision on the rally on April 16 has not been finalized. The election campaign will come to a halt on the evening of April 17 in the first phase. For the Aurangabad Lok Sabha seat in the first phase of elections, on April 6, Home Minister Amit Shah will come to Bihar for campaigning. His rally is scheduled to be held in Aurangabad.

Forty Seats to Vote in Seven Phases

In the first phase, four seats – Gaya, Nawada, Aurangabad, and Jamui – are going to vote. In the second phase, voting will take place on April 26 in Kishanganj, Katihar, Purnia, Bhagalpur, and Banka. In the third phase, on May 7, polling will be held in Jhanjharpur, Supaul, Araria, Madhepura, and Khagaria. In the fourth phase, voting will take place on May 13 in Darbhanga, Ujiarpur, Samastipur, Begusarai, and Munger. In the fifth phase, on May 20, votes will be cast in Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Muzaffarpur, Saran, and Hajipur. Whereas in the sixth phase, on May 25, polling will be held in Valmikinagar, West Champaran, East Champaran, Siwan, Vaishali, Gopalganj, Siwan, and Maharajganj, and in the seventh and final phase, on June 1, voting will take place in Nalanda, Patna Sahib, Patliputra, Ara, Sasaram, Karakat, and Jehanabad.

Timeline of the First Election Rally

11:10 AM – Arrival at Devghar Airport

11:50 AM – Arrive in Khaira, Jamui by helicopter

11:55 AM – Arrival on stage

12:00 PM to 12:45 PM – PM’s speech

12:55 PM – Depart from the stage

1:00 PM – Departure for Devghar

1:40 PM – Departure from Devghar to Delhi
